We bought a luxury apartment in Vail 6 years ago and we changed the floor back then. On year 4 we start having some trouble with the floor that started delaminating and floating. Last year some repairs were done by SS but the problem persisted and got worse. This year after a technical inspection it was decided that we needed to change the whole floor since it looks like it was defected and SS responded amazing.
