We bought a luxury apartment in Vail 6 years ago and we changed the floor back then. On year 4 we start having some trouble with the floor that started delaminating and floating. Last year some repairs were done by SS but the problem persisted and got worse. This year after a technical inspection it was decided that we needed to change the whole floor since it looks like it was defected and SS responded amazing. Thanks to Becky and the team there, we have a brand new floor which looks gorgeous and was installed in a week before the winter season started. Great service and great responsibility!
